What floor plans does The Enclave offer?
Two- and three-bedroom townhomes. The two-bedroom is about 1,074 square feet with 2.5 baths; the three-bedroom is about 1,151 square feet with 3 baths. Every home has a private entrance, and covered carport parking is available for $55/month.
How much is rent?
Rent varies by home and lease term. The availability page shows current pricing on each home that's open right now.
What does it cost to move in?
A one-time $325 administrative fee, a $40 application/screening fee per applicant, and a refundable security deposit starting at $800 (subject to screening). The full list of move-in, monthly, and other fees is on the Fees & Pricing page.
Is The Enclave pet-friendly?
Yes. There are two fenced dog parks on site. Pet costs are a $325 one-time non-refundable pet fee, a $350 refundable pet deposit, and $55 monthly pet rent per pet. Assistance animals (service and emotional support animals) are not pets and are exempt from pet fees and deposits.
Is parking covered?
Yes. Covered carport parking is available for $55 per month.
Which utilities and services apply?
Renters liability insurance is required (about $15/month; you may use your own provider). Valet trash pickup is $50/month. Water, sewer, and trash are billed based on usage (roughly $30–50/month) with a $4.45 monthly billing fee, and electricity is billed by a third party based on usage.
What are the screening requirements?
Every applicant 18 or older completes an application. We verify identity and income and run credit and rental screening through a third-party provider, applying the same published criteria to every applicant. Criminal history is reviewed individually, never as a blanket exclusion. See the Screening Criteria page for full detail.
How do I apply?
You can apply online through the resident portal. Start from any available home on the availability page, or contact the leasing office and we'll send you the link.
How do I schedule a tour?
Use the contact form, call 208-758-8470, or email leasing@livetheenclave.com and we'll set up a time to walk a home.
What are the office hours?
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm; Saturday, 10am to 4pm. We're closed on Sunday.
Where is The Enclave located?
1440 N Locust Grove Rd, Meridian, ID 83642 — on Locust Grove, centered between Ten Mile Road and Eagle Road, and served by the West Ada School District. The neighborhood page has nearby shopping, dining, and drive times.
What amenities are on site?
A resort-style heated pool, two fenced dog parks, a 24-hour fitness center, a resident clubhouse, and optional covered carport parking.
