Last updated: June 15, 2026
Pets Are Welcome
The Enclave Townhomes welcomes pets. To keep the property comfortable for every resident, all pets must be registered with the leasing office and meet the requirements below before moving in.
Permitted Pets & Limits
- A maximum of two (2) pets per home.
- Weight limit of 40 pounds per pet.
- Permitted pet types: cats and dogs only.
- Exotic, wild, or dangerous animals are not permitted — including, without limitation, venomous or aggressive species (such as tarantulas or piranhas) and exotic animals such as reptiles (snakes, iguanas), ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, and birds.
Restricted Breeds
For insurance and safety reasons, the following dog breeds — and any hybrid or mix of these breeds — are restricted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernards, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, and Karelian Bear Dogs. Breed restrictions do not apply to assistance animals, as described below.
Pet Fees & Deposits
- One-time non-refundable pet fee: $325 per pet.
- Refundable pet deposit: $350 per pet.
- Monthly pet rent: $55 per pet.
Pet Requirements
- Current vaccinations and local licensing, with documentation provided to the leasing office.
- Pets must be leashed in all shared and outdoor areas.
- Owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets, including in the on-site dog parks.
- Pets may not be left unattended in a manner that creates a disturbance or a health or safety concern.
Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
Assistance animals — including service animals and emotional support animals — are not pets. Under the Fair Housing Act and applicable law, a resident or applicant with a disability-related need for an assistance animal is entitled to a reasonable accommodation. Assistance animals are not subject to the pet limits, weight limits, breed restrictions, pet fees, pet deposits, or pet rent described above.
To request an accommodation for an assistance animal, contact the leasing office. Where a disability or the disability-related need for the animal is not readily apparent, we may request reliable documentation, consistent with HUD guidance. Residents remain responsible for any actual damage caused by an assistance animal and for keeping the animal under control.
Resident Responsibilities
Residents are responsible for the behavior of their pets and any guest's pets, for any damage caused by an animal, and for ensuring their animals do not create a nuisance for neighbors. Violations of this policy may result in fees or, after notice, removal of the animal as permitted by the lease and applicable law.
