These Terms are entered into between you and Dolomiti Asset Group ("we," "us," or "our"), the manager of The Enclave Townhomes, a residential property located in Meridian, Idaho.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Information on the Site

Information on this Site — including floor plans, unit dimensions, pricing, availability, amenities, photographs, and site plans — is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Specifically:

• All square footages and dimensions are approximate and may vary by unit.
• Photographs and virtual tours are for illustrative purposes and may not represent any specific available unit.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice and are not binding until a lease agreement is fully executed.
• Amenity descriptions are subject to change, and some amenities may be subject to separate terms, hours, or fees.

4. Inquiries and Communications

Submitting your information through a form on the Site does not create a lease, reservation, or guarantee of availability. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
